Frequently Asked Questions
What conditions do you treat?
Sciatica, Bulging Discs, Fibrosis, Nerve Entrapment, Spinal Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Non-specific Low Back Pain, Piriformis Syndrome, Muscle Strains, etc.
If you have a problem and your not sure if it qualifies for treatment here, give us a call at 978-309-3119 and we’ll answer any questions.
Do you treat areas other than the back?
Although we specialize in treating the back because it is the most difficult, our doctors have years of experience treating the whole body. Please call if you have a question about another body region.
What is muscle fibrosis?
Muscle fibrosis is a condition where your body makes too much connective tissue. This acts like glue and decreases range of motion, weakens muscles, adds stress to joint and discs and causes pain. It’s very common and very bad. In fact it’s the most common condition in the human body AND the most misdiagnosed. Thanksfully, with our treatment it is reversible.
Is the treatment painful?
Treatment varies, but it can be a little uncomfortable, often a 3-5 out of 10 on the pain scale. We never do more treatment than a patient desires.
Does treatment work?
Yes. Our patients report an average of 85% improvement following treatment.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance companies are very slow to adopt new procedures. The treatment we provide is not covered.
How much does it cost?
The consulation is $50; if you then qualify for the exam, the fee is $300. The case fee is determined by your diagnosis. You can find a complete breakdown on our pricing page.
Why is there a 4 month time frame?
Four months gives us enough time to see you for the number of visits you require, as well as allowing time for recovery and strengthening. We use a time frame rather than a set number of visits because we treat each person individually according to their diagnosis.
